STOP CHILD ABUSE SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE
The Stop Child Abuse specialty license plate, designed and implemented by the Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards, not only promotes awareness, but it raises funds for the children in our Texas Foster Care system. Each local child welfare board will receive their portion of funds generated by license plates sold within their county.
It is available through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)
Each plate sold raises $22 for programs and services supporting abused and neglected children in Texas.
Approximately $11 from each plate sold will be returned to your local County Child Welfare Board to help normalize the lives of children in Child Protective Services care.
